23 Year Old Male Tanning help? - male tanning

I am a man of law, with very pale skin. When I least in the sun or on vacation and the sun burns, and are very red. After a week or so I Peel, IM, and pale again. I have freckles, but not much. What can I do to stop recording. And what can be just as effective. Do I need some vitamin if so, how? Or should I go to a solarium? Please help!
